To give you a hint of the various products available see the illustrations of several of the items found in our own GIFT SHOP (which I hope you'll visit if you haven't already done so). Our product line features the stylized silhouette of a Norwegian Fjord Horse - the same silhouette found in steel sculpture on our ranch house shown at the top of the page.
These products are provided by CafePress, whose business is to provide on demand a product featuring the design of your choosing. They usually ship within 24 hours, and their products are of excellent quality (cheerful exchange or refund if you ever do have a problem).
We've ordering several of our "own" products as a quality check and have always been pleased with the results.
Now depending upon what you're after (a horse lover's gift I presume) and how much time you have to spend, you can do one (or more) of several things on here.

Not a bad place to start if you have others than horse lovers to shop for. You'll have several thousand designs to choose amongst (would you believe 23,000?). OK if it's a rainy day and you've nothing much else to do. Still, staring at a computer monitor gets to the eyes after a bit. But you'll get a sense of the huge variety available at this "horse" portal.
I wish I could offer a dozen or so of the "best" designs to make life easier for you but not knowing exactly what you're after I've done the next best thing:

A note of caution:
Sometimes it helps to be a bit specific. For example, if you type in arabian, besides horses you will also see many designs featuring the arab culture. So type in arabian horse instead. The same would apply to racing, driving, etc..
Give A Gift Featuring a Design of Your Own Creation
If you want to give a "designed-it-myself" gift you can open your own shop at CafePress, submit your own images, and order from your own shop. It's free and if you want to sell to others you might consider the "premium" shop which isn't free but is quite inexpensive.
